I made two simple changes in 2024:
1) Eat 200 grams of protein per day
2) Lift as heavy as I can; life to failure
Completely transformed my life...
When I aim to eat 200 grams of protein, I by default am forced to cut out certain swaths of food entirely just to hit my macros
I've always been a lousy sleeper, but more protein has done wonders for my sleep…
