Being able to gracefully take feedback is a superpower.
Some people get offended. Others get mad, sad. You can’t always control the way someone delivers feedback but you can control your reaction to it.
Next time someone yells at you or gives you strong feedback, just let the emotion wash over you for a minute.
No need to react and say something stupid, or something you don’t mean.
Be curious about the feedback and acknowledge that they’re right. Because on some level they are right.
Even if they’re wrong.
